Ideas for lunch

Hey!!

I really need your help with ideas for healthy lunches i can take to work with me. I'm finding myself eating the same thing everyday which really doesn't help with making my diet more balanced.

Your thoughts and ideas would be a HUGE help lol

In a pinch a turkey wrap with a bunch of spinach works for me, but during the colder seasons I make big pots of soup or chili on the weekends to take for lunches. During the summer I have my husband grill extra chicken on the weekends to use for salads during the week. Feel free to add me, I can share some recipes with you!

i grill up like, four pounds of chicken breast on the weekends. i can throw them in salads, make a wrap, whatever.

I eat the same thing every day for lunch pretty much. But I never get tired of it. Whole wheat bagel with peanut butter with baby carrots and lately a couple clementines.
