After lunch, breakfast, and jogging I have 500 calories left for my dinner. I've don't have alot of time (two hours tops) to make and eat dinner. Anyone have any yummy suggestions? FYI I'd prefer not to use the oven or stove. It's hot enough in my apartment already.
It might be still be hot outside but before long it's going to start getting cold where I live. Does anyone have any ideas for filling soups or stews that aren't calorie bombs? I'm particularly interested in slow-cooker recipes since I work all day and having dinner waiting when I get home would be one less thing
