Day 2
I did the Upper Fix. It was hard- I started out with too heavy weights for the heavy set and adjusted halfway through. It went well after that. My eating has been good so far, now is the witching hour for me- so I'm posting here instead. Making the chicken tonight, brown rice and steamed veggies. Have a great evening!

Day 1
I started the 21 Day Fix Program today. My first workout was Total Body Circuit- great 30 minute workout cardio blasts for 1 minute intervals and 20 seconds rest. Meal 1 done- Greenberry Shakeology, frozen pineapple and ground flax in honor of St. Patrick's Day. For the program that amounts to 1 red, 1 purple and 1 orange.…
