Insanity Program Question
I recently purchased the Insanity DVDs and just found out they are being delivered next week. It comes with a calendar for 9 weeks worth of exercise. My original plan was to start July 4th and do it through the summer. I'm tempted to start it next week when it comes, however I will be away few days each week for two weeks…
