What about the saggy, baggy bits
Hi, all. Happily, I am nearly there - I've lost nearly all the weight I planned to lose (yay!). Unfortunately, parts of mr that used to be fatter are now kind of slack and loose. Does anybody know some exercises for baggy bums and tums (I can't afford nips and tucks...)?

Not enough protein?
While not an actual vegetarian, I'm not a big meat fan. Does anybody have a few good, high-protein ideas that don't involve a huge slab of steak. (I'm trying to lose weight.:flowerforyou:
