I plan to start the 30 day squat challenge this evening after my usual workout. I am currently on day 8 of 30DS. I will be using the squat challenge from fitsugar.com. Anyone want to join me on this butt kicking 30 day journey?? I'd love to have the support and feedback a challenge group offers!
Hey guys! I am a vegetarian and just recently started eating clean. I tend to eat a lot of brown rice with beans and peppers for lunch and it's good but getting a little boring. I guess I feel like I'm in a rut. Does anyone have any vegetarian lunch ideas they love? I'd love to mix it up a bit!
