DON'T KNOW HOW TO COUNT CALORIES IN A CHINESE RESTAURANT
I have a challenge that I need help with. I'm going out tonight for a birthday dinner. We're going to a Chinese restaurant where everyone shares food. That means there will be many dishes and I'm not sure how I'm going to count the calories for each. Any suggestions?

Recommitted to losing weight this new year
Hi, I've restarted my weight loss journey this year. So far have lost 5.5 lbs. despite having been on antibiotics and Prednisone for sinus infection. On second round of antibiotics now since first time didn't do the job. Haven't been able to exercise for ten days since I'm too tired and weak. Starting to feel better.…

JUSTING INTRODUCING MYSELF
Hi, I started MFP last Friday. I find it less user friendly than another site I've used. Can someone tell me how I can copy foods from one meal to another. Also, I can't seem to input my weight training sessions. Help! Thanks.
