How do I make my recipe "lighter" and still taste good?
I bought the Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice baking mix. I want to bring muffins for a luncheon tomorrow. The recipe calls for eggs and vegetable oil. I heard you can substitute apple sauce for one of those, but which and how much? Also, can I use egg whites instead of whole eggs? I want to make them good, but lower calorie and fat…
