Hi Peeps I am in need of some advice. I am doing my best to eat primal, and i workout 5-6 days a week. M-W-F i do a bootcamp class which is cardio in the sense your heart-rate is up and strength by doing 12-14 stations. Mon we do arms, Wed we do legs and Fri is chest. Sodium issue?
Hi There- I was just curious if anyone has a problem with sodium, I cant seem to budge my weight and it even goes up a little and all i can figure is maybe too much sodium? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.. Thanks!:smile:

Paleocleanse question
Has anyone bought the paleocleanse shake? I have it- it is good, I am trying to kick start some weight loss and was thinking of doing 2 shakes a day then a dinner. But i see that i really need to watch what i put in the shake to keep my carb intake down. I am desperate to kick start some weight loss. Any suggestions??

does anyone here do Paleo Diet?
I have been doing paleo for about 2.5 mths.... I have had my cheats but overalll its how i eat.. I am struggling with loss tho- I am now cutting out almost all carbs even veggies.... Does anyone else who is doing this plan have such a struggle? Thanks
