I have Pilates DVD and I was considering doing that, and then maybe a swim? I want to keep burning cals and i know that wont be nearly as much as the boot camp but if you guys think it will work in line with the rest of my program i will do that..? Thanks!!

Thanks everyone I made my diary public, but i hadn't tracked for a few days so i am back on track again... I have just been doing a very short leg workout Tue and Thurs and no cardio- which feels like no workout so i was thinking they could be my "rest days"but i am feeling guilty about that, not so some sort of sweat..?

Thanks for all your input- I wouldn't be cutting out veggies for good just very little till i can get my weight moving then return them to my diet... I am trying to do under 50 carbs a day- Just basically wondering if any other woman seem to find it hard to loose... men seem to do really well on it...

That is so AWESOME! congratulations!!! My goal weight is 135 as well. I have always been in the 140 battling the last 10 but in the last couple years my weight jumped to 160s.. I had some health issues i am dealing with now and SLOWLY i am loosing... I hope by the time I am 40 4.5 mths I will be close if not at my goal!…
