i got some great friends from my other post! this site is amazing! all the support everyone gives eachother is amazing! i would like to share the love with more!!

    A group of us MFP'ers decided to start a private Facebook group where we could get to know each other and offer the support, encouragement and motivation we were looking for in a smaller setting. We do weekly weigh ins, challenges and offer a wealth of information.

    If you're serious about losing weight and getting healthy then please send me a message and I'll be happy to discuss the group further with you.
