I had and emotional eating day. Piece of pizza, bread and butter, chocolate, few cookies, the whole nine yards. I have been good all month, and lost about 8lbs. I need to know if there are any tricks you may have to regain control before I loose it again? Really important to me :(
I broke my leg nearly three months ago and am just now starting to walk again. its taken my figure to hell. i cant workout like i used to, and i have fasted before and working on one now, third day. anyways, help wanted add.
