Hi all, I'm new to MFP have had years of dieting but hopefully doing it slowly will work for keeping it off this time. Anyway I have a question.....is it ok if the calories average out over the week, i.e. can I save up calories throughout the week so that I can have a few glasses of wine at the weekend?
