Just wondering if any MFP user has success story with Zumba. It seems like this is the only thing i enjoy doing exercisewise. I try to do one hour of Zumba class three times a week. Any suggestions to maximize calorie burning in a Zumba class?
Hi I am a 27-year-old female weighing 117 lbs. I am 5'1" tall. I recently joined MFP because I would like to lose inches off my belly and thigh. I hope to be inspired by all the great work other MFP users are doing. Thanks, Blyton
