72 lbs down in 5 months
Well as of tonight I've hit 72 lbs down from 360 lbs down to 288. I should be happy but I don't feel happy yet. Physically feel much better than I have in a few years buy I'm still far from satisfied and where I should be happy with the progress, I'm just not sure I'll ever be truly happy with how I look. ending my first month and down 34 lbs
It's amazing to think I haven't even introduced weight training into the equation yet but a relatively demanding job and watching what I eat has helped me lose 34 lbs in roughly 24 days. It's incredible but I have 114 lbs to go and have no plan of stopping yet :)
