Hi all, I just bought my copy of Insanity. But, I have a starting trouble! I know its going to be extremely difficult. So, I am just coming up with excuses to postpone it. I know i want to do it. But i just cant seem to decide when to start. Do you think i should just do the fit test? and then i will feel motivated enough…
