Ok so I go to the gym and do the bicycling for 32 mins 7.97 miles and it only burns 148 calories... Is it really beneficial to me to do the bike then?

Meal Plans
I am a very basic food eater - chicken; steak; ground beef; oatmeal; salads; subway... I am at a plateau - keep losing and gaining the same lb or 2 over the last 3 weeks. I feel my excercising is good. But I have tendencies to fall off track w/my food cause I don't have a plan to go by. Does anyone have a really basic food…

frustrating
It's very frustrating when you really concentrate on a week and do everything you think is correct then come weigh-in day - you've lost 1/2lb. :( I know it's a loss still but come on - I busted my butt last week. Makes me wonder if this is all really worth it.
