I am trying to cut back on my pop drinking, so I have been having one Diet Coke every day, if needed. I heard that it was actually better to drink a regular Coke. Anyone know anything about this? I know both are bad, and I am working on cutting it out completely.
I am going to do my cardio at the gym, but I'd like to do more toning exercises in the morning and on weekends since I have a 4 month old baby at home. Does anybody have any DVD recommendations where they have actually seen results? Looking for a 30-40 minute workout.
