Not losing weight- Stuck in a plateau and losing motivation
Ive been stuck at 158-160lbs for 4 MONTHS. Nothing has budged. I've been eating 1400-1600 calories a day (my TDEE is like 2100 and my BMR is 1400). Ive done the 30 Day Shred and nothing happened. Need to know- EAT your BMR *or* NET your BMR?
My average BMR is 1,550. Do I EAT or NET that? I hear so many different answers from people who are each so sure. I need to know once and for all which it is so I can finally move on in my weight loss journey.

TDEE and BMR? HELP! Confused and discouraged
Btw I weight 175 lbs MFP is telling me to eat like 1,290 calories a day (when I exercise I'm supposed to eat 1,400-1,500 and I end up netting like 1100-1300) But all the BMR calculators say I need to net eat like 1,500 calories (TDEE says to maintain apparently I need to eat like 2,500 a day) So... is this okay? 17 minute miles...input accuracy?
I can walk a mile in 17 minutes, and I walked 3 miles today in around 53 minutes. I'm trying to be as accurate as possible, which walking pace do I select? 3.0 or 3.5 and what should I put the minutes walked as? So confused. Thanks for helping my slow butt figure this out...!! (my walking speed is like 3.3 mph)

Netting around 1100-1174 calories. HELP!
According to MFP, my calorie intake should be 1200 EXACTLY a day. I exercise every day for 40 minutes (I walk two miles somewhere between leisurely walking and power walking) and I burn about 175 calories. So I'm eating around 1,300-1,375 calories a day.
