^ I dont know what I was thinking. That I could magically log calories in my head (ignorance, I know). I hope it gets better with logging. Cause I'm not sure what else to do. But I will start today!

I havent been up to date on here as far as my diary goes. I guess I'll have to start doing that again. And Im not weighing my food or measuring, but I'm very good about portion control. I feel like since my BMR is 1450, I should be eating maybe 1500-1700 calories instead. It's just so difficult since it takes weeks to…

Gah Im so confused. My BMR is 1,500 but my MFP goal says it's 1,290. Then I exercise and burn around 300 so Im netting really low. I'm so confused.

Oooooo ok ok so. Even though Im NETTING 1100-1300, I'm still EATING around 1,500 a day so it's all ok, right? Is that correct? (Sorry Im so calorie/intake stupid)

I exercise every day about 3 miles (burning around 290 calories) and my job is at a salon at the front desk pretty much standing all day even though I do move around a bit sometimes.

MFP is telling me to eat 1,290. So, just follow that? I'm just trying not to under eat and be at a stand still. And delyn356- I set it to 1.5 lbs a week and Im 5 foot 2 and trying to weigh 130 (Im 175 now). I think Im just confused to follow MFP or the BMR calculations

I lowered my lbs/week to 1.5 and my calories went up to 1,290. Should be doable I think. :D :D

Yes but I'm the receptionist and on my feet all day! Ohohoho -flaps hand- So I do move around when it gets buys but sometimes Im just standing there and just dealing with people. :)))))

It's checked that I'm active and want to lose 2 lbs a week. I work in a very busy upscale salon and am moving around a lot, but I could even check off lightly active. And yes, it IS 2 lbs a week. But even lightly active says 1,200 calories a day...
