Calorie Increase
I finally met my weight loss goal and I would like to maintain my weight. I am currently on the 1200 calorie mark but when I updated my profile to maintain my current weight, my calories increased to 1800 a day! How do I make this transition without gaining some of the weight back? And do i have to exercise as before or…

STUCK NOT LOSING WEIGHT
WHEN I FIRST STARTED MY EXERCISE'S I WOULD BE LOOSING 10-15 POUNDS A MONTH! NOW I AM ONLY LOOSING 2-5 POUNDS A MONTH! I AM STIOLL EATING THE WAY I WAS SINCE THE BEGINNING AND I AM STILL DOING A BUNCH OF WORKOUTS! I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO SHED THE POUNDS FASTER?
