Help from experienced runners please
Ok, so I am currently in week 6 of the C25K program. I just ran my first 5K yesterday. The program wants you to run 3 times a week. I find myself really wanting to run on my off days. Should I? Or should I take it slow like the program recommends?

I Love Breaking the Barrier!
I absolutely love it when I go from one group of tens into a new group. Ok, I am making no sense, here's what I am talking about. My NSV for today!
I just finished the 5th week of Couch to 5K. It included a 20 minute run with no stopping and I did it! Huge Victory for me!
