I have just been told off by my Practice Nurse despite the fact that I have lost weight, cut down red meat and eaten oily fish/Omega 3 - my cholesterol has still gone up? Can I ajust the settings on on here to help me find more suitable food to eat?
Any tips on adjusting to MFP as I have been on WW online for years but got complacent and piled on the pounds even logging everything I eat. Joined MFP to save money and to re-motivate myself. Ian UK
