Carb Count Question
I’m counting carbs due to Type 2 diabetes. I have the Mission Smart Carb tortillas that are 4 carbs each. When I enter it it shows 13 carbs, it doesn’t take into account 9g protein. Is there a way to adjust this? Thanks in advance.

Onboard Treadmill Workouts
My Weslo treadmill has an onboard workout setting. I’m using onboard level 1 a 30 minute workout that has intervals of 2.5, 2.8, 3.0 mph. I also have it on an incline (you just fold down the feet). How do I calculate calories burned. Thanks!

Looking for scale recommendations. I have a HealthoMeter and I can step on it 3 times in a row and each time it gives me a different weight. It is on a legal surface. Just need something more accurate. Thank you in advance.

Rookie Exercise Question
I'm not a big work out person but know I must to lose the weight. I don't understand the concept of calories in work them off. If I eat 1200 calories I have to burn that many working out? Seems I'd be working out all day. Even though I don't burn that many calories are the calories I'm burning helping? I have a treadmill…
