Onboard Treadmill Workouts

My Weslo treadmill has an onboard workout setting. I’m using onboard level 1 a 30 minute workout that has intervals of 2.5, 2.8, 3.0 mph. I also have it on an incline (you just fold down the feet). How do I calculate calories burned. Thanks!

Take your overall distance done and time - there's your pace.
Find that entry in database, round down if needed.
Or for more accuracy and just replace suggested calories with these:

Use NET option for case of logging on MFP.
Still use overall time and distance to get pace.0
