I'm just wondering if anyone has done this or if its actually safe/healthy. I started a week ago and I'm down 6lbs, but I've added up my calories and I'm only taking in about 800 calories a day. Can fitbit "take back" calories?
If I exercise in the morning and it adds 300 calories in the morning, and then I sloth around on the couch the rest of the day, can those 300 calories be taken back because I don't do much the rest of the day?

New fitbit, synced, not working and still confused
