  • Not on a WLS note, but I traveled to Mexico while I was pregnant, and started to bleed. I went to the *best* hospital and they wanted to INDUCE ME at 26 weeks, because the baby had "low fluid". I talked to my doctor in the US and we decided it would be in my best interest to return home and be seen immediately. Flew home…
  • So how exactly do I know how many to eat? I have a fitbit if that helps at all.... I punched in my goal and 2lb a week loss and its telling me 1200 calories. Does that sound right?
  • What is CICO? Sorry:/ And I guess why I am asking is because it does seem very unhealthy and really really hard. Last night I went out and it was only a pizza place so all I could pick was pizza and I seriously ate a slice skinnier then 2 inches because I'm just terrified of real food. Which makes no sense. But, once you…
  • And for how long, its until I'm 10lb from goal weight. They said most will lose about 10-15lbs a month doing it, so from that math, I'd eat like this for like 7ish months.
  • It's like Sanford protein shakes for breakfast, shake for snack, shake for lunch plus 2 cups veggies, shake for snack, and then 3oz protein and 2 cups veggies and 3/4oz cheese for supper, and then another shake before bed...
  • I've noticed occasional itching, but nothing visible. I have started taking it off to sleep and it is much better.
  • And I sync basically constantly because I sync with my phone. I was mainly asking this question to plan my meals when I'm in class 8-5 and then didn't get surprised by being over at the end of the day.
  • Yeah, I'm on like day 4 I think? I've just got a mess going on... Even these days I think I'm sedentary I'm still getting 8-10k steps without a workout and I am also nursing a very new baby. I've been eating about 1800-1900 calories and I've lost 2 lbs this week. Which I know isn't a realistic long term thing... I guess…
  • I am just trying to get a good idea, as I am still in my last semester of college so I don't have a choice during class times. But, I'll have to take extra trips to the water fountain or increase the morning work outs
  • I do have the negative on. I am just wondering how you ever really know what your goal is for the day when it can change so much by the end of it. I guess I just need to do some trial and error
  • I currently have a 12 week old baby who I am also breastfeeding. I would love more mamas on here in the same boat! I also have a fitbit!
  • I am also exclusively breast feeding, so I wanted to see what other ladies are getting as a calorie goal. I have mfp set to lose 1lb a week and have synced my fitbit. Mfp gives me 1900 calories a day (after I've included the -500 for breast feeding) and my fitbit is also giving me between 300-500 calories for activity.…
  • I think I've figured it out now. I guess fitbit was down, so that was probably messing it all up. But if anyone knows anything about how to factor in nursing, that would be great!
