So I just ate what is called the "Beef tenderette" from Tops and I looked at the package and it says it has 15g of trans fat!!! How is this possible? lol Am I going to be okay? I've never seen a food have more than 1.5g let alone 15g! Holy *kitten*!
Alright people I recently finally bought a scale and have weighing my food. I had a burger, on the box it shows the serving is 4oz for one, thing is when I cook it, it goes all the way down to 2oz. Should I log it in 4oz or 2oz (aka 1/2 serving)? Will the nutritional info still be accurate? thanks
