My fitness goal for Dec 31st.
I would like to lose 2 inches off my waist. And lose 15 pounds of fat, but I always add a little muscle so the scale doesnt tell the full story. Since I cant find my tape, I am using a piece of rope to measure my waist. I marked it today with a sharpie. On December 31st when i remeasure, I want the mark line to be 2 inches…
