Does anyone work 3rd shift?
I work 3rd shift (7p-7a) 2 nights a week and I really struggle with my diet when I work. I'm usually awake for 24 hours straight on my first night...so I eat my 5 small meals before I go into work, but then I still need to eat while I'm at work..so I end up eating a lot more calories.
