Exercise and weight loss
As a competitive cyclist, I am trying to lose 15 lbs and gain about 80 watts of power. This takes intensive training, burning on average 2,000 calories per day on the bike. I need 1,700 calories without exercise, so adding the 2,000 makes this 3,700. If I am short on intake between 1,000 and 500 per day, is this bad?
