If it really a matter of taking in less calories in order to lose weight then why is it that most people who count carbs and not calories lose at such a quicker rate than those who count calories?
I'm ceartain this subject has been beaten to death however I'm back after a long hiatus so forgive me. Who is eating 1200 calories a day & how much have you lost in what period of time please.
LOVE salads but all the salad dressings I like are high in calories! Any ideas please?!
