LOVE salads but all the salad dressings I like are high in calories! Any ideas please?!

THIS! Balsamics in general are usually better ... just beware of the creamy kind.
Also ... there are light versions of a lot.
I'm a plain jane and just love olive oil and red wine vinegar.0 -
I'm a fan of vinaigrettes, myself. You can make them yourself pretty easily and control how many calories they have. Just look up some low cal recipes.0

I love balsamic glaze on everything!0

Bolthouse Farms classic ranch yogurt dressing, 45 calories per 2 tbsp.
Fat free Western dressing, also 45 calories per 2 tbsp.
Both are yummy!0 -
I make all of my own-Honey mustard 17 cal per serv (mock, there is no honey), Ranch 22 cal per serv , Thousand Island 22 cal per serv, Blue cheese 31 cal per serv. Servings are 2 Tablespoons. My trick is I replace Chobani Greek yogurt for all sour cream or Mayo ( or use Lo fat) only sweetener I use if Truvia.
Replaces Honey or anything sweet in dressings.

Olive Garden light dressing 2 tablespoons 30 cal it's soooo good0

If you don't want to make your own (the best!), look in the refrigerated area near produce for Bolthouse Farms-Caesar Parmigiano Yogurt Dressing (45 Cal/2 Tbsp) or Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing (35 cal/Tbsp). Other flavors too. These are pretty delicious, and the sodium sugar and fat are low. I also like Bernstein's Light Cheese Fantastico-found in regular salad dressing area on shelf.1

I really love Olive Gardens dressing....they now carry it at our Sams Club. the nice thing is---it has a strong enough flavor that I can use half the serving size for most of my 3-4 cup salads...just shake it up good!!! (the salad---once you have the dressing on there)

Salsa.
Or if you must have dressing, the Panera poppy seed one is pretty good. Or the Bolthouse Farms ones are good (found with the refrigerated dressings at your grocery, not in the center aisles).0 -
I'm currently loving Parmesan peppercorn lite ranch. It has a few more calories than others mentioned but I make it work and enjoy it.0

Trader Joe's has a really awesome spicy peanut dressing that is 70 cals for 2 Tbl. and super, super tasty!0

I generally just do a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. If I want a creamier dressing, the Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressings are good.0
