1600 cal too low for 38yr old male?
Changed up my numbers this morning. Dropping down to 1600 cal a day with macros set at carbs 30, pro 35 and fats 35. Just curious how I'll feel and how different I'll need to eat to hit these numbers daily. More greens and veggies, less pastas and breads. More fruits for carbs and more lean protein sources. Halloween Candy
So I have three out of four kids that still trick or treat. That equates to a lot of candy. Thinking of really going off the wagon tonight. Eating under or at my daily calories wouldn't be that bad would it? Like the twinkie diet idea just with candy .
