Has any one had an hernia operation need some advise please
Give myself an umbilical hernia doing to many leg raises - sit ups and some time soon got to go in for an operation to sort it out which is good means I can do sit up again but on the down side no gym for 2 months : ( bummer question is will I lose a lot of muscle in the recovery period of my hernia operation ?
