How to log Jillian Michaels - Ripped in 30
Hi Everyone, I am currently doing the Ripped in 30 program from Jillian Michaels but I can't figure out how to log calories burned. Does it go under cardio or strength? It's a 3 - 2 - 1 system of cardio, strength and abs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to ensure I'm logging it correctly.
