I started MFP just this Feb 2011. i started watching my diet. Doing exercise esp. jillian michaels. My first NSV is when my weight dropped to my pre-pregnancy weight. My ultimate goal is to be at my healthy weight of 125-130lbs. Presently I'm 162.2 lbs at 5'5:) DECEMBER 2009 MARCH 2010 MARCH 2011

I started MFP 2 weeks ago. My daily cal is 1200 daily. I started walking or just 15 minutes exercise like leslie sansone every day. In 2 week i just lost 5 lbs. Currently Im 165 lbs.
