Plateau already???
In my first 30 days of MFP I have lost 13 bs! Yay me! Best of all it's STAYIng off! My question is, the first two weeks I lost 10 lbs, then loss came to a screeching halt with the remaining 3 lbs being lost over a 2 week period! I keep seeing the Insanity workout in the ad bar on MFP...any MFPers try this yet? If yeah, any advice? I have quite a few workout DVD's, just collecting dust at the moment until I pych myself into doing them...I do not want another dust collector! Thanks for any feedback!

HI! I had a LOOOOONG day at work! Didin't get home until 930! Um, I only ate about half my cals for today! What's better?
