Hi Everyone! Ive had sucess on MFP in the past and im back to better track my calories and nutrition. I successfully lost 40 lbs over the last 14 months on ww, but i have 40 more to go and i want to make sure im not over doing the fruit. Really loving the updates to the mobile app.
