I am somewhere over 440, since the scale wont weigh me. I have been sticking to calorie counts, and I have been going to the track and walking 4.5 miles at a pace of 3 miles an hour. New Scale arrived....
So the new scale arrived from Amazon today. It is rated to 440lbs. I still got the dreaded -err- screen. I cant wait for the day that I get to see a number on that screen. Although, I did confirm that the cat is 17 pounds, LOL How often do you weigh? Tim

I am not much of a breakfast person. If I do eat breakfast its not a healthy one. I would rather have eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, omelets, ect.
