Just wondering if everyone uses a pedometer and how many steps per day do you take on average? I use one on my phone and can only carry my phone at one of my jobs. Both jobs I am on my feet all day and walking around. When I have it all day, I generally average about 20k steps.
Anyone want to do the one week shred with me and take before and afters? I am just on day three. I do the am exercise at noon and the evening one at 6 pm
I'm hopeless and cooking and just got a crock pot. What are your favorite recipes to make in the crock pot? Thanks guys :)
