Fluctuating weight
So, I've been weighting myself in the morning before I eat or drink. Usually after I eat, I'm 131 and before I eat I'm 126. Yesterday I weighed myself at 126, and this morning I weighed myself at 124.5. I know that can't be right because you don't lose two pounds in a day, unless you're extremely obese, which I'm not. I…

Better to exercise in morning or at night?
I've been doing them in the morning, but I think it would be better at night, because I tend to eat more after exercise. If I exercise at night, I wouldn't eat because it's already late. Would I burn less calories if I exercise at night?
