HI everybody! I just started on this site yesterday. My name is Sam. I'm 24, married for over 4 years and I have two beautiful little girls, ages 3 years, and 5 1/2 months. I'm trying to lose 60 pounds to get back to my "high school body" haha. I'm open for any and all advice anyone can give me. Nice to meet you all!
I just started on this site yesterday and I have no idea how to add my exercises, well the one that I did anyway. I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I can't figure out exactly how to enter it, and it come up correctly. Can anyone help me please?
