How do I add an exercise?

I just started on this site yesterday and I have no idea how to add my exercises, well the one that I did anyway. I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I can't figure out exactly how to enter it, and it come up correctly. Can anyone help me please?

Log as circuit training, but just do 20 minutes and not the like 32 that it takes total - cause that includes warm up and cooldown, and you'd be grossly overestimating your burn if you put 32 minutes of circuit training.0
