5 weeks.. no weight loss
I came here as my last resort, not that it's a bad thing but I am feeling discouraged. I started working out at 24 hour Fitness 5 days a week, 45 minutes to an hour a day eating about 1300 calories a day... so far it's been 5 weeks and really no weight loss. I am 5'2 went from 212 to 205 and magically gained 3 pounds back…
