Can't get my butt in gear
I'm trying to do the c25K, but today I just couldn't manage to get my butt in gear. I did the first two little runs, but I just power walked the whole rest of the way. I'm not feeling it this weekend. I want to just lay on the couch and eat Easter candy. Need motivation!

So bummed - I didn't lose this week
The subject line says it all. I didn't lose an ounce this week. Feh. I thought I was being careful with my calories and I did get my exercise. I think my HRM is being too generous with the number of calories burned so I'm actually eating more than I need to. I'm going to be supper scrupulous this week and see how it goes.

Uses for Frozen fruit?
I'm getting tired of smoothies, but I have a ton of frozen fruit in the freezer. It's mostly blueberries and raspberries, and some peaches. Anybody got good recipes for using up the fruit?

Really slow running?
So, I've started running on the treadmill, but I'm only running about 3-3.5 mph. It's technically running (or jogging?) because of the gait I'm using, but MFP doesn't have an exercise calculation for running this slow. Should I just use walking as my logged exercise until I can get faster?

Migraine Recovery Tips?
