I've been off here a while. Didn't have a smart phone. Too much to try to input on the comp. But I'm back. I'm gonna try to record diligent ly. So how about those squats? I am a trainer and I have all my clients doing squats. Excellent for strength and weight loss.
does anyone know how i would calculate body weight squats. i do those on my off days and when i put it in the app it wont give me credit for calories burned.
