need workout ideas
im looking for ideas for a workout plan... i am a mommy to 2 and i work full time - i cant go to the gym so it would have to be a home work out.

I have been doing WW since the beginning of Jan, and I lost 10lbs - but i missed 2 meetings and gained 3.2 back :cry: anywho - I love going to meetings and i love my leader. but my idea is what if I count calories on MFP, and still attend meetings weekly to weigh in and for accountability - is that stupid/insane

Hello! Im new to the group - started Inferno today to kickstart and get my butt in gear I started TF in January but then quit :( I am started the 12 week sched after this week of Inferno - And I will not give up!!!
