need workout ideas

im looking for ideas for a workout plan... i am a mommy to 2 and i work full time - i cant go to the gym so it would have to be a home work out.

    Depends on your goals. Jillian michael's 30 day shred is just 20 mins a day, and you can do it at home. :)

    I like Fitnessblender.com. It's free, there's a bajillion videos.
  • Nike has an app called Nike Training that has workouts you follow, super easy to use and makes you stick to a 3x a week schedule. There's lots of variety in there and the workouts range from 15 min to 45 min.
