After you eat?
After a meal, what do you do? Some people tend to lay on there stomachs because they say it'll make there tummy flatter and debloat. Some stand for idk maybe 10-15 minutes. I'm just curious.

It's just 1 week in my diet. I just don't know if there is a difference between the two pictures or if i seem more leaner. maybe its just i raised the arms? lol, but I just started so I think leaner part is coming through my eyes.
